At Liberty Garage Supply, we pride ourselves on the equipment we sell. However, we understand that plans can change or an item may not perfectly fit your garage requirements. If you need to make a return, we are here to help guide you through the process.

Please note that due to the size and weight of automotive lifts, returns are subject to return freight costs and manufacturer restocking fees.

Return Guidelines

• Timeline: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Initiation: Simply email support@libertygaragesupply.com with your order number to request return instructions.

• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return freight shipping costs and any manufacturer restocking fees. Free shipping items are not exempt from these costs. 

• Condition Standards: Items must be returned in "Like New" condition (no visual signs of wear, alternation, or use) and must include all original packaging and accessories. Used or altered items will be rejected.

• Exclusions: Because we work with multiple premium manufacturing brands, please review the specific brand exceptions listed below before finalizing your purchase.
